Pure Targeting constructs an email as it would for the customer, including the products they had in
The cart is uploaded to a field in the system, or it will pull the content from a URL at the time of send
and build the email as it’s being processed.
Although we trigger the emails in real-time, Pure360’s platform will batch up the requests and only
send every few minutes. As we’re sending to the same email address (the catch-all), this means that
the cart may have been updated several times since the first email was triggered, so when it comes
time to construct the emails, the same cart HTML is used (either from the field or the URL).
This will not affect the live sending to customers though, as they will merge information based on
their own (separate) email addresses
