Accessing account details in the platform

Once you’ve logged in, you’ll see an overview of your latest campaign report as well as your recently sent campaigns. The new email campaign button allows you to start setting up your campaigns straight from the homepage.

In the menu over the top you can navigate between your lists, messages, campaigns and reports.

Clicking on your username in the top right corner will open up the account settings drop down. This is where you can switch between different profiles and view your credit balance.

Under settings you can manage your profile, contact our customer support team, review our support documentation or submit your feedback on the platform.
