If you have more than one profile, you will likely be given access to "Group Reporting".
At the top of the profile menu from the top right, there will be an option called "Group".
This takes you to the group dashboard, where one of your options is "Group Reports".
Group Reporting is there to give you top level numbers from all the campaigns across multiple profiles and channels (email & SMS).
By default it chooses the last calendar month and you can change it to anything you like up to a maximum of a 12 month period at a time.
If you need more, your best option is to perform multiple searches, then export each and combine them externally.
You have the option to leave all the profiles included or specify just the one(s) you want. Selecting none and selecting all will have the same affect.
You have 4 grouping values to use and combine as you wish + plus whether to focus on a single channel or include them both.
If you choose not to tick any groups, it will group by the entire account and give you one row per channel.
This feature is very popular for use in accounting for credits used over time and also for monthly, quarterly and year on year report comparisons.
The "credits used" column is very handy for SMS campaigns, where SMS campaigns with multipart enabled can use more than credit per contact and the "sent" column will not represent the number of SMS credits used.
One detail worth knowing is that the "credits used" is a fairly new column and has only been populated for campaigns sent after mid September 2020. Subsequently any counts which include dates further back than October 2020 will not have a reliable credits used value.
