Pure Campaign’s Reports feature is a powerful tool providing insight to the success of your marketing campaigns. From campaign overview statistics drilling right down to individual recipient behaviour.
This new feature allows users to filter their results set to focus on:
Only campaigns with Message Name or List key words (e.g. all “weekly” or “Promo” or “Sale” campaigns)
Specific date ranges
Recipient counts. e.g. if you send test campaigns to small lists, these can be excluded.
Quick search – search by “message name contains”.
This feature now repopulates the chart as well as the data slats with the result data.
“Filters” button – this invokes a modal allowing advanced filtering of the full dataset by:
Message Name (operators of Contains, Does not contain, Equals, Does not Equal)
List Name (operators of Contains, Does not contain, Equals, Does not Equal)
Date Sent (operators of Before, After, On, Between as well as presets for “Last 7, 14, 30 days, 3, 6, 12 months”)
Recipients (operators of Less than, Greater than)
Search Results
Once the search filters have been applied the results set is displayed, including blue filter tags so you can quickly see or amend the filtered dataset and once happy with your view there is an option to save the filter. This is where the date presets of “Last 7, 14, 30 days, 3, 6, 12 months” are useful parameters.
Retrieving Saved Search Filters
Once you have saved filters you can easily retrieve and apply them to the data, as well as edit, duplicate and delete to keep the filter list organised.
