How to delete a Journey

Deleting a Journey

If you no longer need a Journey, you can delete it and it will be removed from your Journeys list. In doing so, it will release the associated list and messages for editing (providing they are not in use by other campaigns or automations).

A Journey needs to be inactive before you can delete it.

From the dropdown menu of the inactive Journey you wish to delete, select Delete.

You’ll be asked to confirm this is what you want to do since after deleting you will no longer have access to view the Journey on the canvas and see in-step reporting.

You will however be able to access reporting data for it via Reports > Automations > Journeys.

If you have access to Analytics dashboards, any reporting data for your deleted Journeys will also show there if the Journey sent messages during its active period.
