The raw data can be downloaded for each campaign along with group reports for all campaigns/ profiles.
Exporting reports for an indivdual campaign
To export the report navigate to the report for that campaign. Click on the Export Data button > the data you wish to export > you can then choose to include recipient data or not e.g. first name. This will then generate a CSV copy of the report.
Exporting reports for campaigns in one profile
On the reports tab apply any filters you need e.g. exclude the word test > then click the pink export button. This will then generate a CSV copy of the report.
Exporting reports from multiple profiles
To export report data for two or more profiles you will need to use the group reporting feature. Use the profile drop down to select group reports. If you don't see this option please contact your account manager who will be able to enable this for you. Then select group reporting > add your search criteria > click export report.
