Why can't I schedule a campaign?

This is usually because your account does not have sufficient credits to send a campaign to the list you've selected. Please make sure the number of contacts in your list does not exceed the number of credits you have.

You can check your number of credits by clicking on your account name in the top right hand corner of the platform. Below you'll see the email and SMS credit balance. If you need to increase your balance please contact your account manager.
